I believe, that wherever an opportunity, or potential opportunity to save someone's life is given to you, you should do whatever it is possible to save them. Being an organ donor allows up to eight lives to be saved after, I no longer have use of my organs. I can see no reason why I wouldn't offer someone in need something that I no longer need.
