As someone who works at Trillium Gift of Life Network, I have seen the desperation of patients waiting for a life saving organ transplant and the miraculous transformation and second chance at life they get through the gift of organ and tissue donation. I have witnessed the grace, compassion and selflessness of donor families inspite of their unimaginable loss. Transplantation relies on human compassion. What better way can one human help another than through the gift of organ and tissue donation. Donor registration helps save lives.
